Traditional psychologists view the issue of ESP as some kind of dreamy confusion emerging from irritated minds of pseudo - scientists suffering from various diseases. However, equalling every ESP researcher with a lunatic, is in itself scientifically intolerable. It can be held as proved that ESP - related phenomena DO occur, certain aspects are subject to closer scientific investigation, and the scenery clears up a little. Read Zimbardo´s book on psychology for beginners ( the ESP - related chapter ), and face the perspective of ESP being treated as an existent phenomenon. You´ll learn that certain meditation techniques enlarge potentials, that the usage of hallucinogenic drugs does so, and so on. 

Modern physics has already left the traditional view of a split world divided into matter and spirit behind, as well as the view of the world being entirely composed of matter with no spiritual quality in it.

Sheldrake has invested some time in researching paranormal phenomena, and concluded that they do not only exist, but do so on a scale that was not held imaginable in earlier ages. For example: People notice when they are watched - even from behind without sensory perception of the viewer. Scientists may produce expected results not just because some self - fulfilling prophecy is in function but because their mind - orientation drives people and objects into certain directions.

Yeh, believe it. People engaged in, say, psychological or behavioural experiments may act in a certain way because the scientist evaluating the scenario expects them to do certain things, or even wants his theory proved, wants people to act in a certain fashion and - they „ submit „ or better, they are driven into statistically significant behavioural patterns.

It is known, for example, that pupils regarded as stupid later produce less accurate results than those viewed as highly talented and intelligent. Being labeled as intelligent they suddenly improve. Teachers can talk people down towards imbecility, and even the most intelligent are often regarded as silly - having to leave schools. 

Or, opinions may easily be shaped by sub - groups representing the majority in a group, even if the view of the majority is obviously false.

Within Milgram´s organizational pattern people even torture others to death - simply because a scientific „ authority „ tells them to do so, without any personal profit derived from that.

This raises the question if it is possible to manipulate a person´s behaviour by ESP means instead of using conventional methods of social control extensively researched and analyzed. Also, there may be an ESP aspect behind the quoted phenomena. Behaviour of people may be modified because someone drives them into a certain direction by his willpower.

Is this possible ? 

Mystery freaks may refer to Fritz Langs early B & W - movies and point their finger at the various victims of the infamous Dr. Mabuse, who managed to run precisely that. So, head for the Berlin cinema museum, and take a look ( they show it regularly how Mabuse fools both poker players and a prosecutor by telepathically ordering them to commit mistakes, thereby raising some money in Berlin´s shadowy casinos in the twenties ).

But you do not have to be a mystery freak. There is some extensive research on the issue within the military industrial complex. This seems to be logical, because the exploitation of ESP - phenomena does have military value. Possible applications are widespread. Machinery may be manipulated by psychokinesis, computers may crash. Planes may crash if their internal electronic devices do not function. The control of another person´s willpower is not just attractive for tyrants and sadists of various kinds, but also for military staff. E. g. highly risky and almost self - destructive operations can be managed better if some conditioning of the suicidal hero is enforced. The Manchurian candidate - a Kamikaze assassin being hypnotically manipulated, brainwashed and used, is a REAL nightmare for every security expert, for security systems rely more on the prospect that the killer will get caught after the act, and less on the virtual invincibility of the person to be protected.

People can be manipulated to commit self - destructive acts, e. g. committing violent crimes while running demonstrations. Or throwing molotov - cocktails at others. One aspect of governmental mind control. This may be used against them, and violence makes resistance illegal, mostly.

Heading for perfect murder you could argue that it may be possible to force someone of undesirable quality into self - destruction - using the well - known conventional means, that is, or maybe even using ESP. Stated that control of the willpower ( not the intellect ) of a person is possible via ESP it even may be used to, say, make someone cross the road while the red light is on - BANG ! Prove that exactly this happened. Ever heard of a case like this ?

A notable scientist called Estabrooks claimed he could hypnotize people without their consent. And: They could be driven into acts they would not tolerate - if some acceptable justification is produced.

What is required to control another person´s willpower ?

Higher energy level of the controller than that of the object ( refer to this as an object, because the person´s status is that of a plaything ). By: Enhancing the capabilities of the controller, e. g. by using certain meditation or similar techniques, on the other side reducing the objects´capability to resist( e. g. by using conventional methods of brainwashing, deprivation, and the like ).

The process of getting there may be unpleasant for the object - the more of its personality lasts, the worse for the controller. It is not really nice to reduce one´s personality to some mumblejumble, or pudding you can move in one direction or another. Still, the usage of Kamikaze assassins proves that it is possible to go that far.

They can be stuffed with pseudo - religious material and may believe they will reach heaven after the deed is done. To reduce fear of death and pain ( still there despite the luminous perspective of paradise ahead ), heavy doses of pharmaceuticals may be used ( the Arab way ). They may undergo ferocious treatment in a lunatic asylum, with a controller that sophistically exploits emotional deficits, e. g. functioning as a parent substitute and lover all at once, creating heavy dependencies of the object, using hypnosis additionally, and the like ( more European ). Another aspect is systematic abuse in sexual terms to create a split personality for cover purposes. Wonderful source of pleasure for contemporary secret service heroes. Be sure, that drives them wild.

Still, all this is not yet a perfect murder scenario. Hypnotized Kamikaze objects may be used to recall memories of conditioning sessions. Drugged objects may fail, and testify. And so forth.

The desire for running a perfect murder may lead to the conclusion that it may be better to use ESP means. This cannot be proved till now. And: How to prove a scenario that is scientifically impossible in official terms ? Another aspect of perfection may be that it is possible to provoke suicidal acts by using ESP means, alongside with heavy conditioning or deprivation techniques. This would be perfect. The arrangement generated would look as some fatal accident, if e. g. someone is forced to jump out of the window or use lethal amounts of drugs, or do something similar. Legally invincible, and providing the controller with an imagination of absolute superiority over the opponent, thereby feeling invincible or superb in other ways ( ideal for paranoid people that constantly fear they are losing control ). And: Paranoia and reality co - exist.

Other apects using ESP would be less horrible. You could black out your opponent in a public discussion and make him talk bullshit all the time. You may make him give you his money ( Mabuse ). Or engage in sexual activities less appreciated. You could defend yourself by paralyzing the opponent temporarily, or remove him thereby.

Many people have tyrannic elements in their personality. Others willingly submit completely....

But how to provoke one´s suicide and thereby create a perfect murder ?

In the first phase it is required to remove resistance. Put the object in a state of disorientaion and fear, and allow it to get relief from your hands, that is. Produce an emotional situation of wanting to submit - seemingly for the objects´profit. Provide it with the necessary emotional safety, trust etc.. Link relief with the prospect of removal of emotional deficits.

Make it dependent on you emotionally, maybe economically. And make it grateful under this aspect.

The less stable the object is, the better. A dissolved personality consisting of various parts may be helpful. Social ties are unwanted: Removal.

Deprivation plus controlled relief by the controller could also add to the fun. Providing the object with sexual satisfaction otherwise not available is another means. 

For operational use, this can be utilized in various ways: Committing risky or even suicidal attacks or deeds others would never commit if provided with a clear consciousness, and gathering profit. Spying out places, or smuggling drugs, or making dirty porno movies of the heavy kind. Subversives fully conditioned could be used to break up entire communities by fucking them up in a frantic violence orgy. ESP could add productive aspects to conventional means within this strategy.

The logic is clear: Getting caught with a load of drugs is less risky for the controller if the object does not remember anything. Porn movies could be made in a more sleazy fashion. Also the controller may feel personally satisfied with the amount of power he ( she ) has.

For spies it is better to not remember anything, and sometimes run heavily risky businesses, at least from the controllers´point of view. For the spy himself it may be better to remember a lot, using his knowledge to negotiate if caught. The spy without knowledge is useless, and therefore subject to criminal prosecution. Or worse.

ESP may be helpful in running discreet maneuvers. You could communicate without paperstuff, and without being recorded or filmed. Seemingly ESP capabilities have developed more intensively in totalitarian environments, such as the former commie bloc, and therefore phenomena occur on a broader level than in the precious free west. The need to communicate without being taped all the time and evaluated by some totalitarian bureaucrat - this scenario being dangerous in itself for the lack of predictability - could have produced unconventional abilities in the communication sector. ESP abilities are often linked with existential crises of any kind - natural catastrophes, wars and so on. It can be argued that the need to do so in nowadays´democracy is almost equal to that in commie places, leading to a massive increase in paranormal phenomena used as a discreet communication device. Phones and computers are certainly by no means discreet, and the secret service both unpredictable and deadly. Orwell´s system would not function when these communication channels are opened, and the fact that it is entirely deadly if used enlarges the need to expand the mind drastically. Being invisible for the government is as necessary for survival as being invisible for lions in a djungle...they may eat you. Also, the current lack of privacy counteracts a billion - year - old geneticalyy fixed scheme of desiring to be alone sometimes, and kept away from the cold and wild animals. Where is the moral difference between a modern government and wild animals that crash into your place and rob everything they can get ? 

Stated that ESP is helpful against the governemnt or at least helpful in surviving it, the government itself may use it.

ESP used as a channel to communicate may be helpful in giving orders to people that commit criminal acts, killers for example. Suggest to a Kamikaze object that when a certain signal arises in his head, he must kill A or B, otherwise the controller will exercise severe punishment or withdraw emotional rescue, and vice versa, that the deed will represent just the desired ideals of the object = BANG !

This requires previous conditioning sessions ( maybe using hypnosis ) and an ESP signal when the deed is to be done. It is also possible to use radio signals, but these can be intercepted.

DO NOT LOSE YOUR HEAD ! WHERE ARE YOU ? WHAT HAVE YOU GOT IN YOUR HEAD ?

Your thoughts may be someone else´s, this is for sure. You may not be the author of what you do, either.

It is argued that ESP is already being used by governments´ mind controllers - to combat subversives, that is, or other purposes, like transmitting infos without being intercepted by the current mass of spies that exist. If results of an experiment can be manipulated by the expectation / willpower of the scientist that runs it, modifying behavioural patterns, it should be possible to channel energies. This requires enhanced knowledge of the controller, and reduced will to resist of the object, plus some increased sensitivity relating to ESP plus reduced awareness.

Receiving orders: Why does a soccer player hit a certain target exactly without being able to use his senses and intellect to coordinate the process ? It seems that concentrating intensively enough on the target in a mood of relaxed and complete awareness is enough, and move the ball via ESP channels.

The human mind is a strange thing. Yoga freaks spend a week in ice - cold water and move out with a smile on their face. Marketing companies do courses on how to walk on burning coal with bare feet - this to show their employees how much their will can do. Then they tell them how to raise money....thus producing a highly profitable enterprise - for the controllers, that is, not for the customers.

What a human head may do. If you can walk on that hot stuff, probably you can do other stuff.

Simply: Concentration can produce physical results by itself.

The human nervous system constantly produces electrical currents, fields, and structures that vary from situation to situation. Every nervous system could be compared to a computer system processing data, using electrical signals in certain patterns to transmit messages.

Fields around a computer can be intercepted - you can read computer screens from a distance of a kilometer without being present. And they can be manipulated.

The nervous system functions on a very low energy level with minimal currents, but still, they do exist. If they get modified, behaviour is getting modified. Body functions get modified. And: Low - energy fields can be manipulated easily if you know how.

You can enlarge this energy by using yoga techniques. You can drive down your body temperature and your heart beat temporarily to enable you to survive a week in ice - cold water. Could you cause a headache ? Or increased blood pressure ? The Soviets experimented with frogs, attempting to stop a frogs´heartbeat over a distance of 500 km by ESP. If you can stop your own, or reduce it, why not someone else´s ?

What remains a bit unclear is the way of transmitting some superior energy to another field, and move it in a precisely defined direction.

WHERE IS YOUR HEAD ? GONE ?

How far does this influence go ? Or do we move within some undefined dimension where time and space do not count ?

The latter hypothesis would enable you to communicate without space barriers, and even maybe through time levels.

If ESP is limited to the influence, say, of electrical currents within nervous systems, it should decrease when a greater distance is reached, making it possible to manipulate people close by, but not in Sidney while you are in London.

This is not really scientifically elaborated. Regarding the philosophical and practical aspects of the subject, it is likely that every confusing result is kept away from the public.

And: How much would a government pay if it had invisible power tools in its hand that would enable it to manipulate people without anyone being aware of this ? Cool: The feeling of being mentally controlled by another, or a group is classically defined as schizophrenia, so that everyone in that situation - in reality - can easily be labeled as insane. Well, the situation is insane, then. Regard someone as not healthy who does not control his own will, being replaced by someone else´s. Still: No way out. 

The prospect is that most of the scientific knowledge is kept behind closed doors and never published.

The perfect murder is one of the favorite subjects of various secret service megalomaniacs dreaming of absolute mind control. People that commonly use hypnosis, brainwash others and the like to commit most ferocious acts are the perfect adressee for programs that involve control tools like that.

And the political conditions favor this - the cold war has generated a worldwide decrease of democracy, and a widespread acceptance for tyrants - today we are grateful that we are not blasted away in a nuclear holocaust...

.... ESP as a perfect control tool for tyrants or a means to escape ?

The form of tyranny generated lags far beyond anything that was imaginable. 

Imagine an ESP - manipulated object under constant video surveillance to verify that orders are perceived accurately. What is freedom of thought then ? The government already finances a lot of stuff that Orwell would have dreamed about. Thoughtcrime erased, freedom of thought abolished - worst tyranny ever. Real ?

If complete control of the object is reached, it can be driven into suicide ( a dream for societies cleanup fanatix ) or, at least, driven into weird sex acts, thus satisfying the government controller, one of his current democratic privileges in the most perfected democracy ever. 

Well, the Soviets called their system democratic. Everybody is a democrat today. 

Still, Dracula would be scared by those superdemocrats. Tiberius would be envious. So, you could argue, being a god - emperor produced less real power than that for an ordinary contemporary democrat.

Most people want to submit ! Ordering them to do so is democratic. 

Certainly the government apparatus is stuffed with people that dream of cleaning up society without having anyone notice this. They are afraid of getting caught in the cleanup. ESP helps them. It is invisible.

Controlling people´s minds provides power without legitimity....and puts rulers into Tiberius´position of the god - emperor, leaving Tiberius behind. There are enough sick little shits that need this to get attention, or feel legitimate, or better and smarter than others, or forget about their paranoia.

The perfect murder, as sketched, could be the object of study already....

... and god - emperors could still act as true democrats ( read it from their lips ) when absolutely no one is able to prove how many people committed suicide or died in accidents.
